Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation Aroma Freedom Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment. To secure your preferred time slot, full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted Payment Methods Within Canada - Online banking transfers accepted All other areas: PayPal is preferred method Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancelations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made outside of that time frame may be subject to full payment. Last-minute rescheduling can be accommodated when possible, but are subject to availability. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with full fee applied. No Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in full fee being charged.
